To obtain your preferred appointment date and time, a non-refundable deposit will be taken over the phone or online when booking your appointment with A1 Skin.

To secure your appointment, we do require a booking deposit of $50 which can be used as a partial or full payment for your treatment on the day. All deposits will be credited to your account and used towards your service. In order to secure your appointment, a deposit must be taken.

At A1 Skin we pride ourselves on offering clients the most seamless and positive experience. We want to ensure we can service as many clients as possible to achieve their skin goals with the same consistent level of service on every occasion. Every appointment and client is valued. We have a significant number of enquiries for new and returning clients that are eager to secure an appointment with us. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule however in instances where we cannot, we can add you to our priority list which is checked daily in the rare event cancellations occur.



A1 Skin sends out a confirmation message 48-72 hours prior to your appointment with the option to ‘Confirm or ‘Reschedule’. If you wish to reschedule an appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit it must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If an appointment remains unconfirmed, or if you are absent at the time of your appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited. If unforeseen circumstances force you to reschedule your appointment at short notice, please contact the clinic to reschedule. Any cancellations regardless of time prior to your appointment causes your deposit to be forfeited.
